BenSim Law Launches Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice
Benedicto & Simonovich LLP is pleased to announce the launch of its Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice group, expanding the firm’s services to help businesses and individuals resolve disputes efficiently, strategically, and outside the courtroom.
The new practice group will be led by founding partner Kevin Benedicto, who brings a unique combination of litigation, public service, and dispute-resolution experience to this work. In addition to his decade of experience representing clients in complex litigation, Kevin serves as a member of the San Francisco Police Commission, where he presides over, mediates, and helps resolve disciplinary matters involving high-stakes and sensitive issues.
Kevin is also a certified mediator through the University of California Davis’s mediation and dispute resolution program, further strengthening the firm’s ability to provide thoughtful, practical, and resolution-focused services.
Through this new practice group, BenSim Law now offers mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution services for parties facing business and personal disputes. The firm’s ADR services are designed to help parties identify common ground, manage risk, and reach durable resolutions without the time, expense, and uncertainty of litigation.
“Disputes do not always need to be resolved through prolonged litigation,” said Kevin Benedicto. “Mediation and alternative dispute resolution can give parties a practical path forward that allows them to be heard, evaluate their options, and work toward a resolution that makes sense.”
With the launch of this practice group, BenSim Law continues to expand its commitment to providing strategic, client-centered legal services across litigation, investigations, technology-related disputes, and now alternative dispute resolution.
