Jacqueline M. Simonovich
Jacqueline is a founding partner of the firm and an experienced commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes. Her practice focuses on high-stakes litigation, including breach of contract, business torts, fraud, fiduciary duty claims, constitutional issues, and defamation.
Jacqueline has significant experience in both state and federal courts, including first-chair jury trial experience. Jacqueline has also practiced before domestic and international arbitration tribunals. She guides clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit demands, eDiscovery, and depositions to trial and resolution. Her approach emphasizes efficient case management and practical solutions for her clients.
Before founding BenSim Law, Jacqueline practiced at leading Big Law and mid-sized firms, where she handled matters for founders, nonprofit religious organizations, and businesses throughout California. Jacqueline is also a yoga instructor and wellness advocate, and she brings a thoughtful mindset to each dispute to reach the best resolution for her clients.
